It truly takes a village to do what we do here at Saint John’s Program for Real Change.
Behind the red doors at Saint John’s is an exceptional group of community supporters, donors, volunteers, and staff united in an effort to reduce homelessness in our community. These incredible partners support women who refuse to settle for the status of homelessness and take steps toward a better life not only for themselves but for those they love above all else — their children. Zennify is one of these partners.
Zennify’s vision is to be the most trusted, impactful, and inspirational advisor in the consulting ecosystem. The company is full of problem solvers & relationship builders striving to create solutions, opportunities, and sustained success for their people, customers, community, and future generations. Through clear vision and purpose, Zennify solves even the most complex technical and business issues, and they are accomplishing this through their partnership with Saint John’s Program.
The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.
In 2019, Zennify’s Zenn for Good team built out our client database to measure and monitor progress indicators including the number of hours served, participation, status of individualized goals in relation to the house, health and wellness, education, employment, financial and legal aid, and children’s services for our clients.
In 2021, Zennify is hard at work doing the same thing with our donor database. The project alone, donated by Zennify as an in-kind/pro-bono gift, would have cost Saint John’s approximately $25,000. In addition, moving from our old database to a new Salesforce platform, will save Saint John’s over $90,000 in overhead expenses in the next ten years and increase our operational efficiency.
By providing this gift as an in-kind donation, it allows us to redirect resources to our life-saving programs that help women rise above devastating situations and achieve self-sustainability.
More about Zenn for Good Program
Zenn for Good is an interactive initiative at Zennify which empowers their employees to give back to their communities—both personally and professionally. The program selects nonprofit organizations that need assistance with implementing Salesforce and provides consulting services at no cost.
When you volunteer at Saint John’s, you’re doing more than just filling bellies by helping in the kitchen. You’re doing more than just organizing by sorting clothes in the warehouse. You’re doing more than just data entry in the office. You’re showing the women and children here that people do care, and that gives them hope. Sometimes hope is just what people need to try to change their lives. Thank you for giving Real Change a chance, Zennify. Thank you for being a true partner for change.
