I want to share with you the inspiring story of Vincent, a remarkable 10-year-old from Saint John’s Program for Real Change, who embodies resilience, empathy, and positive leadership despite facing unimaginable challenges.
Vincent and his four siblings were forced to live in their small car but didn’t succumb to despair. Instead, he rallied for support, while taking care of his siblings as his mother aimed to build a better future. His inspiring story was honored at a state-wide award ceremony celebrating students who have overcome adversity. Vincent’s story doesn’t end here. His mother graduated from Saint John’s Program for Real Change and recently secured a stable job for a brighter future.
